On PCs, Windows 10 (version 1903 or higher) is a fully-supported platform for all Creative Cloud applications. The new macOS 11.0 ( Big Sur) is supported as well, although there are some known issues.
Be aware, however, that in Catalina, Apple has dropped support for any older 32-bit programs that you may have.
